Seared Rare Ahi

1 tuna steak
3 ounces soy sauce
2 tablespoons wasabi
2 tablespoon pickled Ginger
1/2 Asian Cucumber Salad (这个好做,切好黄瓜片,我切的太丑了,轻砸……,
2tablespoons ted bell pper,
2tablespoons red onion
2 tablespoons sweet thai chili sauce
2-3 tablespoons rice vinegar

其实这个菜关键在于如何摆盘,我这人最没有的就是耐心,不过Ahi Tuna好吃阿,加入黑胡椒,盐和芝麻,每面煎3-5秒钟,切记一定要放凉后切片。浇上 (wasabi sauce),很简单,就是要有耐心等擦干,等凉,摆盘,
